He completed his O levels from the University of London and finished an Executive Education Program from Harvard Business School. Although he began his entrepreneurial journey in 2008, Pankaj learned the intricacies of the media industry by working with some of the top brands in the business such as India Today, National Geographic, and Star India. He later became the Business Head of UTV India.
Riya currently serves as the Head of the Brand Audits vertical at Chrome DM, managing accounts in India and other global locations. With over nine years of experience in the broadcasting industry, Riya has played a crucial role in the success of Chrome DM’s broadcasting & Media division. Prior to joining Chrome DM, Riya briefly worked with Saatchi & Saatchi as part of the client servicing team. In this role, she managed renowned brands such as British High Commission, Kenstar, Electrolux, Monte Carlo, Magic Moments and ONGC. Since joining Chrome DM in 2013, Riya has held various positions including AVP, and her current role as Business Head for the Brand Audits vertical. As Business Head, Broadcast & Media Solutions, Riya managed over 450 channels and new accounts while delivering exceptional growth. She also oversaw business development with major global clients, leading more data and technology projects and driving revenue growth for the vertical. Outside of work, Riya has a passion for travelling, literature, music and media.
With more than 28 years of experience, Vikram currently leads the Digital Marketing Division, where he manages a team of digital marketing professionals, graphics designers, social media managers and SEO experts. Prior to this role, he oversaw the Network Operations Center at Chrome DM, which included overseeing 650+ Field Streat, 450+ call center employees. Throughout his career, Vikram has worked across multiple domains, including IT/ ITES, operations, business development and pre-sales. He is a certified Microsoft/ ITIL professional and has managed teams of onsite/ offsite IT engineers, sales professionals, field staff, Tele-Executive, team leaders, managers, MIS professionals, and remote infrastructure management professionals. Vikram has also played a crucial role in designing, implementing and managing IT setups across various industry verticals such as media, retail, IT, manufacturing, research, MSPs, PSUs, and more. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and listening to music.
